Whether the item doesn't fit, doesn't match your style, or simply doesn't meet your expectations, we've got you covered. Please note that certain items, such as clearance items are final sale. Earrings and intimate apparel are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these simple steps:

- Once your return or exchange request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label. Please ensure that the item is in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
- Securely package the item and attach the provided return shipping label to the package.
- Drop off the package at your nearest post office or schedule a pickup with the designated courier service.
Once we receive the returned item, our quality control team will inspect it to ensure that it meets our return/exchange criteria. If the item is in its original condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.
Please note that certain items, such as intimate apparel and personalized products, are not eligible for return or exchange due to hygiene and customization reasons. Additionally, any items that are marked as final sale or purchased during a promotional period may not be eligible for return or exchange.
